Pet Policy:

Pets Welcome Upon Approval.
Breed restrictions apply.
Limit of 2 pets per home.
Non-refundable pet fee is $300 per pet.
Monthly pet rent of $30 will be charged per pet.

We are unable to allow the following dog breeds within the community: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, and Wolf Hybrid. Residents must register all pets, Emotional Support Animals and Service Animals through <a href="https://www.petscreening.com/" target="_blank" class="text-link">www.PetScreening.com</a> for approval.
